Job Overview:
We are excited to welcome a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join our dynamic E-commerce team. This internship presents a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central Accounts, creating product listings, and optimizing the online presence of our clients’ products. As an E-commerce Intern, you will collaborate closely with our experienced e-commerce professionals to enhance product visibility, streamline operations, and contribute to the success of our clients on various e-commerce platforms.
Scope of Work:
Listing Creation: Assist in the creation and optimization of product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product information, images, and descriptions.
A+ Content Creation: Collaborate on crafting enhanced product content that showcases the unique features and benefits of our clients’ products, leading to increased conversions.
Brand Story Creation: Contribute to creating engaging brand stories that resonate with customers and communicate the brand’s values and identity effectively.
Brand Store Creation: Play a role in store creation and setting up brand stores on e-commerce platforms, providing customers with a cohesive and immersive brand experience.
Virtual Bundle Listing: Assist in creating virtual product bundles that offer value and convenience to customers, ultimately boosting sales.
Attribute Update: Collaborate on updating product attributes and specifications to align with platform requirements and customer preferences.
Case Creation: Support the resolution of customer inquiries and issues by creating and managing cases through e-commerce platforms’ customer service channels.
Amazon Seller Central Work: Assist in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and optimizing account performance.
Amazon Vendor Central Work: Collaborate on tasks related to Amazon Vendor Central, including order management, product uploads, and inventory monitoring.
FBA Shipments: Participate in the coordination and management of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Skill Required:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Microsoft Office, E-commerce, Basic Computer Knowledge, or a related field.
- Passion for e-commerce and a keen interest in learning about online retail operations.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and organize product information accurately.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling product listings and enhanced content.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and effective communication techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing data and creating flat files.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving e-commerce trends and guidelines.
Duration:
This internship opportunity spans 3 months, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
